Davidson County is a county located in the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of 2010, the population was 149,331 . Its county seat is Lexington[1] and its largest city is Thomasville. The North Davidson County area includes the cities of Thomasville, Welcome and Wallburg. One of the largest neighborhoods in the Northern Davidson area is the Meadowlands Golf Club.
